Steps to Sexual Health

Fertility Appreciation
Women have always been fascinated by how their bodies work. Women generally are very tuned into their reproductive issues (ie. PMS, pregnancy & delivery, hot flashes) but sadly, very few actually understand what is happening inside their body. This fertility education piece will explain who you are as a woman and then teach you how you work. It will move you into a position of power and choice, where you can actually monitor and maintain your own reproductive health and choices.
